I have to report to His Excellency The Governor that the Police Lighting & Water States paid into the Treasury to the 12th instant $200, amount to $110,314.03 being (upon Water Rate $50,500, Lighting $22,870) $73,370 for the half year 1867 $72,685 over and above the amount estimated for the current year.
